MAIN GOALS

1To foster technical engagement and discussion among government stakeholders, private sector representatives, beneficiaries of the VET system, industry experts, universities and others on optimal approaches on how the VET system can serve the need for increased labour productivity and innovation.

2To examine new forms of VET provision and to better align it with labour market needs, through active participation with the private sector.

3To explore alternative approaches to human capital development for a dynamic labour market and innovative economy.

4To achieve a common understanding of the potential for enhancing lifelong learning, as a new activation policy for vulnerable groups and the changing needs of the labour market.
